How do I use my Coupon Code?

1) Select the item that you want to purchase (Color & Size etc.)
2) Click "Add to cart"
3) Then you will see your shopping cart, scroll down and enter your coupon code, and then click "Checkout."
4) Checkout Step 1: Fill out your Personal Info, Billing and Shipping info, Contact Info etc. and click "Submit."
5) Checkout Step 2: Select Delivery Method and scroll down and select Payment method and click "Continue."
6) Checkout Step 3: Verify our order and scroll down and click "Submit Order."
7) Next your will be transferred to Paypal to enter your credit card information. Sign into your Pay Pal account.
Don't have a Paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account info by just clicking on "Continue" on the left hand side.

It's been a while since I ordered, what's going on?

Your order might be delayed for a few reasons. Most likely is due to a back-order of one of the products you ordered. If you have any questions please give our customer service department a call. Remember, we have a 95% fill rate on orders which means most of our products ship within 1-2 business days of being processed.

What happens if my item is on Backorder?

Your credit card is charged by us for the total amount of your order the day you place your order. If you are ordering multiple items and any item is backordered, we will contact you by email. You will be given the choice of cancelling the backordered item (and receiving a refund for that item),or waiting for the item to come in (usually backorders are filled within 2 weeks, but may sometimes take longer). If you choose to wait, the charge for the backordered item remains on your credit card. We clearly mark all Backorders on your invoice included in your shipment. All backordered items will be automatically shipped to you when available free of shipping charge. You may cancel and be refunded for any backorder by emailing us at any time before the backordered item ships.
