Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. During the Halloween season please allow 48-72 hours for some orders to be processed. If your require insurance or signature to have your package delivered, please enter it in the Notes of your order. Our store policy is to ship any items that are in stock from your order, and all out of stock items will be refunded. If you require that no items be shipped unless all items are in stock and ready to be shipped, please state that in the notes. Please note - we are only responsible for shipping your order to the shipping address you provided and providing you with a tracking number to confirm your order was delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS or any other carrier as we see fit unless you request a specific carrier preference. Shipping charges include postage and handling fee. Most orders will be shipped via USPS.
