Refund/cancellation/exchange Policy-

At PinkImpulse.com, we offer fast and hassle free returns on virtually all of our products (except those listed below in paragraph 3). Please note that refund is made for the cost of the merchandise only and does not include any Postage/Shipping charges. It is your responsibility to return items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods while they are being returned. In addition, if you received free shipping and your order total no longer meets the minimum, shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed and all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Items must be returned unused and in suitable condition for resale along with all the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer returns/refunds on any items that have been used, altered or returned without the original packaging. Before sending the parcel, please make sure you include all the items and packaging.

Certain items such as Makeup, teeth, lingerie, underwear, socks, swimwear, Hats, Deluxe Costumes, tights, stockings, eyelashes, fake nails and wigs must be returned unopened. Due to hygiene reasons, these items CANNOT be returned.

We regret we are unable to accept returns on any SALE/Clearance items.

Please take extra care of all items to ensure they remain in the same condition as dispatched, unless you have decided to keep them. Failure to do so will automatically waive your right for a refund.

If any items are returned in used / marked condition, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 21 days for the money to appear back on your account.

To make a returns request, please email us at info@pinkImpulse.com with the word 'Returns Request' in the subject. Please make sure you include the following details in your request:
a) Your order number
b) Products & Quantities that you wish to return
c) Reason for return

Refund / Exchange Confirmation

Any returns or exchanges accepted by PinkImpulse.com will be credited via your original method of payment. The credit or difference in amount for an exchanged product will be credited / debited accordingly.

If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email within 7 working days to confirm that your refund has been processed. If you have requested an exchange item, you will receive an email within 3-5 working days to confirm that your exchange item has been despatched. Outbound postage will be applicable for all exchange items if the original items purchased are not faulty.
